Cong. Sons of Israel recently hosted its annual Mikvah Melava Malka. This year, the synagogue honored Debi Epstein for all of her efforts and dedication to Mikvah Ohel Leah, located on the Sons of Israel campus in Cherry Hill. Making the presentation to Epstein was Shari Goldberg. Like her predecessor Pnina Horowitz, Epstein oversees the scheduling of Mikvah attendants, counsels brides and women in need, gives tours of the Mikvah, and provides education and outreach regarding Jewish marriage. The Melava Malka paid tribute to Epstein’s outstanding efforts surrounding the Sons of Israel Mikvah as well as the entire Southern New Jersey Jewish community. If you are a woman and you have not had the chance to visit the Mikvah, contact Epstein at firstname.lastname@example.org.
